Understanding a CPN

The community protection warning and notice are used to deal with ongoing behavioural issues that are affecting a community and are unreasonable. The warning and notice can be issued against an individual, business or body and failure to comply with the notice can result in a £100 fixed penalty fine or a court fine ranging from £2,500 for an individual and £20,000 for an organisation together with a court order to put things right.
